View Call Detail Report (CDR) 


On the Portal's Dashboard Click on the "View All" button on the top of the Recent Calls  table. Of course, if you need the recent calls details only - you can view then from directly from the Dashboard.


View Account Invoices


On the Portal Dashboard Click the "Outgoing" button on the Quick Action Bar. You will get a list of all invoices ordered by date. You can download any invoice by clicking the arrow on the Action Field
